We encountered a problem with MedImpact and Brand New Day Insurance. We have not received reimbursement since 10/25/18 for multiple patients on multiple claims. Is there any good advice to tackle this? Thank you, Han's Pharmacy
Have you contacted your PSAO and check RX numbers of those that have not been paid? If your PSAO could confirm that you have not been paid, they could resarch it further with the PBM. Please contact your PSAO. Thank you.
