COVID-19 Vaccine Alerts

Dear Members,

We, California Pharmacists Association (CPhA), would like to share some information about LA County's plans to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to healthcare workers.

LA County Department of Public Health is committed to vaccinating all healthcare workers as quickly as possible, but due to limited supply, they are currently offering the vaccine to the high and medium risk healthcare workers in Phase 1a, tiers 1 & 2, as outlined in State and County guidance (and see below).

From 12/29/20, healthcare workers at high and medium risk who work in these settings can now make an appointment to be vaccinated. These individuals received targeted invitations and outreach from the County.
