안녕하세요,

제가 지난 12월 2일에 보내드린 COVID-19에 필요한 정보 이외에, 저희 Cardinal Heath 에서 따로 covid-19 Vaccine에 대해서 많은 이메일을 받고 계십니다. 혹시 중요한 정보나 이메일을 놓치신게 아니신지 몰라서 다시 이메일을 정리해서 보내 드리며, 중요한 자료들을 첨부해 드립니다.

현재 Requirement된 부분을 아직 마치지 않으신 분들이 많이셔서 다시한번 정리해서 보내 드립니다. 많은 정보드리 수시로 업데이트 되고 있기때문에the webpage를 누르시고,  컴퓨터에 저장 하셔서 수시로 업데이트 확인 당부 드립니다. 컴퓨터 저장은 Ctrl 키와 D를 함께 누르시거나, 주소창 우측에 있는 별표를 누르시면 됩니다.

아래의 내용은 가장 최근 업데이뎃 된 내용과, 아직 준비 못하신 분들을 위해서 기본적인 정보도 함께 보내 드립니다.

Information regarding the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program is changing rapidly.

We recommend bookmarking the webpage so that you can check back daily for the most up-to-date information. The webpage has an updated date in the top right corner and next to each category of information every time the page is updated.

Summarized below are the latest updates and information since last week’s email.

1. ACTION REQUIRED: 1월 22일 2021년 까지Electronic Enrollment 를 누르시고, 초기에 등록하신 정보를 반드시 검토, 수정(필요시), 확인 하셔야 합니다. 이 작업은Cardinal Health COVID-19 Vaccination Network 에 계속 참여 하시기 위해서는 필수 요구 사항입니다.

All pharmacies enrolled in phase 2 of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program through the Cardinal Health COVID-19 Vaccination Network, regardless of PSAO affiliation, are asked to review, edit (if needed), and confirm your data of your original enrollment on Electronic Enrollment by Friday, January 22, 2021. This is required in order to continue participation in the Cardinal Health COVID-19 Vaccination Network.

2. ACTION REQUIRED:   각 NCPDP 마다 백신을 Administrating하실 적어도 한분은, 반드시 https://cardinalhealth.learn123bridge.com/ 로 가셔서, Mylearning> Mycourse에서 Building Confidence in COVID-19 Vaccines course in order to administer COVID-19 vaccine 코스를 마치셔야 합니다. User ID는 등록된 이메일이며, 만약 Password를 잊어 버리셨으면, Forgot Password를 하셔서, 다시 새로 만드시면 되십니다.

As a reminder, at least one person per NCPDP, that will be administering vaccine, is required to complete the Building Confidence in COVID-19 Vaccines course in order to administer COVID-19 vaccines.  This course can be completed from https://cardinalhealth.learn123bridge.com/  under your Mylearning > MyCourse

3. As a reminder, Cardinal Health is not a distributor of COVID-19 vaccines. Cardinal Health will serve as an administrator of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program. Detailed information on our role in phase 2 of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program has been added to the webpage under a new Cardinal Health Role in Phase 2 section.
4. 저희 카디널 헬스 백신 네트워크를 통해서 CDC Covid-19 백신 프로그램을 계속적인 참여를 위해서는 약국의 compliance가 굉장히 중요합니다.

Your pharmacy’s compliance is vital to the continued involvement in phase 2 of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program, through the Cardinal Health Vaccination Network. If the requirements are not completed, non-compliant pharmacies will be removed after phase 2 is initiated and unable to receive vaccine product. Information on compliance has been added to the webpage under the webpage heading.

5. Requirement:  Vaccine Finder약국이 백신을 전달/주문 받기위해서는, VPoP 와 Vaccine Finder System에 소속 되어 있으셔야 합니다. (첨부된 자료를 확인하세요) 또한 매일 현재 보유하고있는 인벤토리를 Vaccine Finder System에 리포트 하도록 요구 됩니다.

In order for your pharmacy to be able to receive transfers and begin ordering vaccine, your pharmacy must be fully onboarded into the VPoP and VaccineFinder systems. (Please find the attached info)

COVID-19 vaccination providers will be required to report on-hand inventory supply daily to VaccineFinder. Inventory quantities will not be made publicly available. 

In order for your pharmacy to be able to receive transfers and begin ordering vaccine, your pharmacy must be fully onboarded into VaccineFinder. 

More information will be shared as it is available.

6. Basic Requirement: 예방접종 PTAN이 반드시 있으셔야 합니다.

Immunizations PTAN (Medicare Part B identifier for billing)- 첨부 자료 참조

7. Basic Pharmacist Training Requirement: 현재 약국에서 예방접종을 안하시고 계시면, 반드시  Immunizations Certification가 있으셔야 합니다

The pharmacist must complete the immunization training requirement in their state. APhA’s Certificate Training Program for Pharmacy-based Immunization Delivery meets this requirement. You can register now for upcoming APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Program live seminars

8. Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Requirement: 약사님께서는 Current한 CPR 자격증이 있으셔야 합니다

The pharmacist and student pharmacist must have a current certificate in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Annual requirement if your program was a one-year program by the American Red Cross. Bi-annual requirement if your program was a two-year program by the American Heart Association
